<hi style=afpcap>The Avro Anson was a highly successful communications and trainer aircraft for the RAF during World War Two and during the following two decades. A number were built by Federal Aircraft Ltd in Canada which was a government owned company. The Army obtained 50 of these Canadian Ansons in 1943, with the designation AT-20 assigned. These were similar to the British Anson Mk. II and were fitted with a 330 h. p. Jacobs engine and featured a number of Canadian modifications. </hi>
